Welcome to American Made Strength & Conditioning’s (AMS&C). Home to tactical athlete programming designed for the individual already doing the job. This program is not designed to prepare you for your individual selection but instead to prepare you to continue fulfilling the duties of your job.

Depending on the current goal my personal programming shifts. In between races or competitions, I follow the Tactical Programming on this site but depending on the race or event ahead I change my focus.
