Ruck day, increased weight with a decrease in distance and breaking it up into two legs.

Mentality work today focusing on building concentration. This is a great drill I came across during one of my classes that has worked well for me.

Tactical athletes have the option of performing this regularly or utilizing their optic. I’d recommend snipers or unit marksman utilizing their glass and putting the clock down range if possible. Not to insult anyone’s intelligence but make sure you properly clear your weapon and leave the bolt locked to the rear before performing this drill.

Try to do 3 rounds for 5-7 days and chart your progress.

Mental skills are like fine motor skills. If you don’t use it you will lose it.
