I tested this METCON out a few days ago and it was dicey. I was hitting 12-15’ for wallballs.
Your choice on sled weight. Difficult but not impossible. Sled pull/push allows the sled to be reset every round and adds some leg work.
Tire flip wall slams are when you set your tire up a few feet from the wall. You flip it like usual but push it against the wall so that it rebounds and falls back down. If you have a workout partner they can just push it back down. This is great for when space is limited.
GHD sit ups are to horizontal.
