We moved from the bar on the incline to using dumbbells and there’s a slight increase in volume for part A.3 but no other major changes for this week and next.
The metcon will be a little dicey for those who need work on their grip strength. It’s only three rounds with decreasing reps each round. Keep those elbows in tight on the double unders and stay focused, you’ll do great.
