Saturday’s workout is testing out a potential benchmark designed after fight gone bad but designed for the tactical athlete.

I went through it and it was rough.
1:00 of work and the following minute you’re going to run 50m out and back (total 100m) and the remainder of the minute you can use for rest. If there is no remaining time then the clock is a running clock and you lose that time to do work at the next station.
