This all started as an idea while deployed in Afghanistan in 2013. I started with daily programming and then I started to sell programming after finishing my Masters in Sports and Health Sciences but eventually realized that mass production of programming is beneficial but programs need to be specific to athletes.

So I deleted my fancy site, went back to the basics and am here to share my fitness journey, programming, and share my knowledge with all of you.

I program for a couple athletes at a time who focus primarily on tactical fitness and serve on active duty. I no longer sell generic programs because I see each athlete as an individual and know you need individualized coaching.

I’m a doctoral candidate in Sports & Performance Psychology and I love it. So be prepared for some of that nerdery.
